National CRNA week is the AANA’s annual celebration of anesthesia patient safety and the nation’s nearly 53,000 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and student registered nurse anesthetists who safely and cost-effectively provide more than 45 million anesthetics each year (AANA).
To celebrate this week, the DANA Board of Directors, members and SRNAs will visit the Delaware Legislative Hall on January 22, 2020 to advocate for CRNA practice and recognition. The DANA attendees will be introduced on th Senate and House of Representatives floor and meet with several legislators to educate them about our profession.

The 2020 Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Hyatt Place Dewey Beach. The purpose of the meeting is to present topics specific to the discipline of anesthesia along with clinical knowledge updates for nurse anesthetists. Lectures are led by experts in their field, and opportunities for discussion and questions will be provided. Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon break refreshments.
