In an effort to raise morale of our military men and women deployed overseas, the Delaware Association of Nurse Anesthetists are organizing a collection of items and letters of appreciation to place in individual care packages addressed to our service members. The care packages will be sent to the  10th Mountain Division Forward Resuscitative Surgical Team & 455th Expeditionary Medical Group. One of our CRNAs, David Krasuki, who trained and worked in Delaware is currently deployed and will be accepting our donations on behalf of the group.

We are also looking for DANA members to serve as the point person to collect the donations at all facilities in Delaware.  This entails asking permission from the facility to be a collection site, place boxes and flyers at the facility, collect items and be available to deliver or arrange for pick up at a time close to our packing date.  If you are willing to serve as the point person, please contact Marshall Colbert at marshallcolbert@gmail.com.
We will also need volunteers to pack the boxes.  The packing date is March 22nd.  As soon as we have the volunteers and facilities in place, we will send out information on the packing location and time. Please contact Marshall Colbert if you are willing to volunteer your time to pack the boxes at marshallcolbert@gmail.com.
